Dear Family and Friends,
These last couple weeks have been insane!!! I am a little bit busy
with everyone that is going on, and probably am having to learn time
management more intensely than I have had to learn it in my life
before. It is a blast though! It has been even easier to be a really
focused and consecrated missionary because of having so many things to
have to accomplish.
Most important thing that has happened:
We have been meeting with yokoishi papa who is the dad of a family
with three children and who has now become ready to take the step to
be baptized on July 29. We had a lesson on Saturday with the whole
family, and the dad made dinner for us, the first time he'd almost
ever cooked dinner, which was a major representation of his love and
recent change. He didn't used to be very kind or thoughtful or really
take his family very importantly, but since we have started teaching
him he has changed so much and has become a completely different
father to his family. We taught the whole family the restoration and
then the father and the daughter kind of testified to the mom, and
then accepted a baptismal date for July 29th!!! They are so awesome!
The husband then gave the closing prayer which was amazing! It was all
so beautiful. I love missionary work! I am sorry it's so short, I have
no time! I love you!!
